Kicking The Stone

I kick a stone
and see it go
it takes a flight
and hits the ground
it rolls, and
jumps a couple of times
before it lays there still

I walk up to it
and take a good look
is it the same, that got hit?
It could be another
But that doesn't matter.
I kick the stone
and off it goes, again.
